• Why does Flipkart send me a code?▾

  The code is how Flipkart confirms it's really you spending your SuperCoins. It comes from Flipkart by SMS to the mobile number on your Flipkart account, and it authorises this one transfer only. Magnify never asks for it anywhere else.

• Do Mag Miles expire?▾

  No. Your Mag Miles never expire, so you can hold on to them for as long as you like and redeem whenever you're ready.

• What's the SuperCoin to Mag Miles conversion rate?▾

  5 SuperCoins = 2 Mag Miles. When transferring the other way, 1 Mag Mile = 2 SuperCoins.

• How do I transfer my Mag Miles back to SuperCoins?▾

  For your first transfer from Mag Miles to SuperCoins, you'll need to verify your email address from the Magnify app. This is a one-time security step. After that, you can reverse transfers from the website too.

• How do I claim my 10 bonus Mag Miles?▾

  Purchase a gift card or transfer your miles to any airline within your first 7 days on Magnify, then reach out to Magnify customer support from inside the app. The 10 bonus Mag Miles will be credited to your account.
